This is designed for medium flow coverage and can absorb 10-15ml (2-3 regular tampons). Wear them on their own or as a backup!

It's washable, reusable & easy to care for. Rinse your swimwear with cold water as soon as you can after removal until the water starts to run clear. Pop them in a Washbag with the rest of your washing and wash with like colours on a cold water cycle (max 30 degrees).
