Super handy silicone menstrual cup and disc sanitising case, that doubles as a handy storage container! Keep your HELLO CUP™ or HELLO DISC ™  disc clean and use this on the go! 

Instructions:
  • Put your menstrual cup or disc in the steriliser and fill the steriliser half full with water. Place the lid on the cup but DO NOT seal down. The steam needs to be able to escape the steriliser.
  • Place into your microwave for 1 minute and use care to turn your cup or disc around and microwave 1 more minute. The water must boil for the menstrual cup or disc to be sanitised. 
  • Take care when removing the steriliser from your microwave.
  • Leave the steriliser and your menstrual cup or disc in your microwave for 10 minutes to cool down.
