Caring for your Hello Disc: 
In all cases, fold your Hello Disc™ longways. The tab end
should be the last part of the disc to enter your body. Once
you feel you can insert the disc no further, use your finger
to push the rim up to tuck the disc behind the pubic bone.
Don’t be afraid to push up higher, this is what positions the

Absolutely game changing!

I’ve been using this period disc for around 12 months now and have absolutely loved the ease of use and longevity of this product. Highly recommend!

Never looking back!

As an autistic person with endo, my period has always been difficult for me every cycle due to sensory issues. Cycling through different pads, tampons, period briefs and everything else of the sort, nothing has ever worked for me and it made every cycle incredibly harder than it already was. I finally took the plunge after seeing how supposedly easy the hello disc is and god they were right! I was so surprised at how intuitive it was to insert, and relieved at how easy it is to remove. This has really changed the game for me and I'm very very happy with my purchase. Absolutely stoked!

So much better than all the period cups I tried, and only comfortable option after two kids. I wish I had found the Hello Disc sooner.

Game changer!

Amazing product! I have tried period cups before but was feeling a bit disenchanted after having babies, my period getting much heavier and having leaks with a cup. The disc is so much easier to use! I’ve only used for one cycle so far but after watching the video I surprisingly inserted correctly first time every time, no leaks. Incredible. The pastel colour is so much cuter but after previous period cups discolouring over time I thought black was a safer bet. Couldn’t recommend more highly. And get the sanitising case while you’re at it, so quick and easy to use and convenient to have somewhere to store the disc between uses.
